7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with UK consumer regulations, subject to the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition, Any security tags, seals, or labels must remain intact

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and details of the issue.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer: a replacement (if available), or a full refund.
